Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Poland is seeking an Associate, EHS Operations, PDS - EMEA to strengthen the EHS operating model across PDS activities in the EMEA region. The role focuses on high‑quality EHS execution, supply chain risk management and regional alignment across countries and sites.

The candidate will bring a diploma/degree in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH preferred), strong stakeholder skills and multi‑site experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Occupational Health and Safety; NEBOSH diploma or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Experience developing and refining health, safety and environmental management in line with international standards.
• Experience in multi-site environments (facilities, retail, construction, service delivery) and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for EHS across PDS EMEA.
• Develop and implement EHS objectives and improvement programs aligned to PDS strategy.
• Monitor EHS metrics and support ESG reporting.
• Investigate significant incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and client relations across the region.
