Job summary

Jobtailor in Wroclaw is seeking an organized procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing, from requests to delivery. You will coordinate suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely orders, accurate inventory, and cost-efficient logistics in a dynamic, cross‑border environment.

The role requires a BSc in a related field and 2+ years in procurement, with strong Excel and ERP experience. English fluency is required; Polish is preferred, and additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

BSc degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
Intermediate MS Excel skills.
ERP system knowledge: Oracle, QAD or SAP.
Fluent English required; Polish preferred – French or German a merit.
Open, clear, team‑oriented communication with a problem‑solving mindset.
Experience working with suppliers and customers across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders end-to-end to ensure accuracy of details, quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
Handle purchase requests and place orders on time following company procedures.
Communicate with suppliers and teams to keep orders on track and meet business needs.
Monitor deliveries and supplier performance; resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or invoices.
Monitor stock levels to ensure materials are available while controlling inventory costs.
Collaborate with teams to keep inventory data accurate and review slow-moving items.
Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery at best cost.
Track deliveries, work with logistics providers, and seek ways to reduce transport costs.
