Job summary

Adecco is assisting a client in finding a Procurement / Buyer Specialist to manage purchasing processes in an industrial environment. You will work with suppliers, prepare tenders, and create purchase orders in SAP MM, ensuring timely deliveries.

Requirements include a technical or economics degree, 2–3 years in procurement, excellent English and fluent Polish, and strong Excel and negotiation skills. This on-site role is based in Wrocław, Poland.

Qualifications

• Higher education in technical or economics preferred.
• 2–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or buyer roles.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
• Fluent English and Polish.

• Participate in improvement projects related to purchasing and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Very good command of English and fluent Polish
• Experience working with SAP (MM module preferred)
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
