Job summary

WETO sp. z o. o. is seeking a procurement professional to take ownership of the entire procurement process, from defining requirements to timely delivery.

You will build an international supplier network, co-create procurement standards, and influence project costs, quality and delivery performance. This role is remote with occasional visits to warehouses and partners. Job description

We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the entire procurement process — from defining the requirements, through sourcing, offer comparison and negotiations, to the timely completion of each order.

This is not a role limited to sending requests for quotations and placing purchase orders. You will have the opportunity to develop an international supplier network, co-create procurement standards and directly influence project costs, quality and delivery performance.

Experience in the machinery industry is not required. What matters most to us is independence, accountability, negotiation skills and a willingness to learn about technical products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from purchase request to final delivery
• Actively source and qualify suppliers in Poland and internationally
• Prepare and manage RFQs, compare offers and recommend supplier selection
• Negotiate prices, lead times, payment terms and commercial conditions
• Co-create procurement standardsand improve purchasing processes

Must Have

• Experience in procurement, sourcing or B2B supplier management
• Ability to independently manage and complete procurement processes
• Experience in negotiations and in analysing and comparing commercial offers
• Strong organisational skills and accountability for assigned responsibilities
• English skills sufficient for business correspondence and conversations

Nice to have

• Experience in technical, production or project procurement
• Experience working with international suppliers
• Knowledge of import procedures, international transport or logistics
• Knowledge of Odoo or another ERP system
