Job summary

Jobtailor in Warszawa seeks a Procurement Specialist to support requisitions, contracting, and invoice reconciliation within a CLM-driven process.

You will work with business stakeholders, procurement, and legal to manage contract creation/renewal, upload agreements to CLM, and align ERP purchases with terms. The role emphasizes collaboration across finance, sourcing, and suppliers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Experience with Coupa is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently, plan and prioritize workload.
• Strong interpersonal skills for fast-paced environments.
• Experience with purchasing and PO management utilizing ERP.
• Experience with Supplier Management and/or Accounts Payable.
• Experience contracting with CLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and support purchase requisitions, contracting, and invoice reconciliation for transactions.
• Coordinate and oversee the contract creation and renewal process with stakeholders, procurement, and legal.
• Guide the contract lifecycle process, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Ensure executed agreements are uploaded into the CLM system.
• Create and submit purchase requisitions in the ERP, aligning with contract terms.
• Maintain vendor management documentation to support audits.
• Collaborate with sourcing, finance, and vendors to reconcile orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Support Purchasing management with processes, documentation, and training.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Purchasing management.
• Establish partnerships with legal, finance, procurement, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Act as escalation point for issues identified by Purchasing management and suppliers.
