Job summary

PPG in Wrocław is seeking a Logistics Sourcing Specialist to join the EMEA Transportation Procurement team. You will coordinate sourcing activities, support tender processes, and provide market insights to drive logistic decisions across the region.

In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers, maintain sourcing documentation, and contribute to reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation logistics, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sourcing and procurement activities for the EMEA Transport Category.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end operational logistics tender processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Maintain and update logistics sourcing documentation and platforms.
• Support logistics reporting, data analysis and KPIs.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on logistics topics.
• Manage pricing activities for tail-end spend through competitive bidding.
• Assist with supplier evaluation, data collection and process improvements.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
