Job summary

Adecco is assisting a client in finding a Procurement / Buyer Specialist to manage purchasing processes in an industrial environment. You will work with suppliers, prepare tenders, and create purchase orders in SAP MM, ensuring timely deliveries.

Requirements include a technical or economics degree, 2–3 years in procurement, excellent English and fluent Polish, and strong Excel and negotiation skills. This on-site role is based in Wrocław, Poland.

Qualifications

Higher education in technical or economics preferred.
2–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or buyer roles.
Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing processes for assigned materials and suppliers.
Prepare tenders and cooperate with sourcing and other internal teams.
Create and manage purchase orders in SAP.
Monitor deliveries and resolve delays with suppliers.
Analyze stock levels, demand, and order cycles.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships.
Handle complaints and quality issues with suppliers.
Work with supplier management systems and procurement data.
Prepare reports and monitor procurement KPIs.
Participate in improvement projects related to purchasing and supplier performance.
