Job summary

Elavon, Inc. in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to coordinate pre-onboarding, documentation, and access for new hires across Poland and other regions.

You will partner with IT, Administration, Health & Safety, and Payroll to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and deliver sessions in English and Polish. The role requires 1–3 years in HR onboarding or HR operations, fluent English, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, focusing on Onboarding, Employee Experience, or HR Operations.
• Fluent English (C1) with strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of employment law and employee documentation processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pre-onboarding process, including contracts, documentation, and system access across Poland and other European locations.
• Collaborate with IT, Administration, Health & Safety, and Payroll to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Deliver onboarding sessions for new employees in English and Polish.
• Prepare onboarding schedules, welcome materials, and induction resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on data insights and employee feedback.
