Job summary

PPG seeks a Regional HR Business Services Leader, EMEA, to combine enterprise-scale service leadership with deep Employee and Labor Relations expertise. You will drive HR delivery across multiple countries, partnering with HRBPs and centers of excellence to translate workforce realities into practical, measurable outcomes.

We operate onsite Monday to Thursday with flexible Fridays and relocation optional. The role requires 20+ years of HR leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Extensive progressive HR leadership experience, ideally 20+ years.
• Experience leading HR Business Services or HR operations at scale across regions.
• Deep Employee and Labor Relations expertise in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead efficient, scalable, customer-focused HR delivery across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise regional and global leaders on workforce strategy, transformation, and restructuring.
• Translate business priorities into regional/local implementation plans with ownership and governance.
• Strengthen HR partnership at country/site levels with workable solutions for the business.
• Drive service excellence and continuous improvement using data and digital tools.
