Job summary

Woodward, Inc. seeks an experienced Total Rewards Manager (EMEA) to lead compensation and benefits programs across the region within the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence.

You will partner with HR leaders, regional teams, Finance, Legal, and vendors to design, govern, and continuously improve total rewards aligned with business priorities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, using data and market insights to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement across multiple

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of Total Rewards, compensation, and/or benefits experience across EMEA markets.
• Proven experience managing multi-country compensation and benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA compensation & benefits regulations and market practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to independently manage complex topics and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Advanced Excel and experience with HRIS tools (e.g. Workday).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written); German is a plus.
• Experience working with Works Councils is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation strategies aligned with objectives and market trends.
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis across EMEA; model salary structure updates.
• Design and administer salary reviews and incentive programs.
• Design and manage employee benefits programs compliant with local laws.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HR to mitigate risk and ensure governance.
