JLL is seeking a senior controllership leader to oversee the multi-country close for the REMS business in the EMEA region. You will manage a team of Senior Associates and Interns, drive accuracy in reporting and compliance, and partner with senior finance leadership to streamline processes.

The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, multinational experience, and a track record of leading finance professionals.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required or equivalent experience.
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience in US GAAP and local statutory reporting, Big 4 or corporate controllership preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop a team of Controllership Senior Associates and Interns, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Plan workload and capacity to meet reporting deadlines and business needs.
Conduct performance reviews and development conversations to grow your team.
Own monthly and year-end close across multiple countries with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP and JLL accounting policies; escalate complex issues with clear recommendations.
Oversee statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization; document processes and train the team.
Partner with business units and report results and risks to senior management; collaborate with corporate finance, audit, tax, and service providers.
