• Lead the finance team across the region, ensuring structure and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis.
• Maintain data integrity and audit readiness of financial data.
• Produce annual budgets and client financial reports in coordination with the client team.
• Manage cash flow, cost controls and compliance with internal controls including SOX.
