Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a Controller (P2) to join the Commercial Controllership team. You will own day-to-day finance oversight for reimbursable cost-plus contracts, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet governance across the EMEA region.

The role requires 4+ years in accounting, strong US GAAP knowledge, and English fluency. On-site work in Warsaw with opportunities in a global real estate leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in audit or controllership roles.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local statutory reporting requirements.
• English fluency; Master’s degree and professional certification are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial finance oversight for a defined reimbursable contract portfolio across EMEA.
• Monitor P&L and balance sheet governance, contract glidepath and KPI performance.
• Review cost allocations, management fee treatment and AR/AP for the portfolio.
• Support SOX OTC controls and maintain control documentation as required.
