Job summary

JLL is transforming its EMEA Workplace Management controllership and seeks a Controller to join the Commercial Controllership team. You will own the Fixed-price and GMP contract stream and report to the EMEA Commercial Controller.

Responsibilities include pre‑signature risk review, in‑life guarantee and cost variance tracking, P&L and balance sheet governance, and SOX control ownership across Type 4 and Type 5 contracts; work with Client Finance to monitor exposure.

• Pre‑Signature Risk Review & CRB for Fixed‑price and GMP contracts above threshold
• Guarantee, Cost Variance & P&L governance across the portfolio
• Contract Financial Governance & Technical Expertise on contract mechanics
• Controls, Process & Continuous Improvement with SOX OTC controls ownership
