Job summary

Waters is seeking a data analytics professional to drive commercial analytics across EMEA, delivering insights to improve revenue, customer retention and forecast accuracy. You will work on pipeline health, forecasting, and predictive modeling while ensuring data quality and scalable reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-country stakeholders, building repeatable data pipelines, and evolving analytics capabilities ahead of TSA exit, in a regulated life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, data analytics or a comparable analytical role.
• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards covering sales performance by country, channel, product and customer segment.
• Analyze funnel conversion, stage progression, deal velocity and win rates.
• Develop models for opportunity scoring, conversion likelihood and demand patterns.
• Monitor CRM data integrity and support improvement plans with country teams.
