Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a BI Reporting & Analytics Specialist for the EMEA region. You will design, develop, and optimize analytics solutions, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

You will own end-to-end analytics projects, build KPI dashboards for multiple business units, mentor junior analysts, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive ROI and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of BI or data analytics experience.
• Proven track record delivering analytics in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong data mining and analytical skills; Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve KPI frameworks and analytics dashboards for multiple business units.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects including data modelling, ETL design, and visualization.
• Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations.
• Drive data governance practices ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with leadership to align analytics with business goals including KPIs and SLAs.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster analytical excellence.
• Support forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance customer satisfaction and performance.
• Contribute to documentation of BI best practices and standards.
