Job summary

Waters is seeking a data analytics professional to lead integration and TSA exit analytics within the EMEA region. You will build dashboards, monitor revenue continuity, and drive insights to inform commercial decisions.

The role focuses on data preparation, model development, and cross-country collaboration in a regulated, high-volume testing environment. Fluency in English required, travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations or data analytics.
• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Integration analytics: provide commercial analysis for integration decisions.
• 2: Commercial reporting: build and enhance sales reporting for independent analytics capability.
• 3: Capability building: deploy practices and tools across the organization.
• 4: Integration tracking: maintain commercial reporting for milestones and customer retention.
• 5: Pipeline, forecasting & SFE analytics: manage funnel health and forecast accuracy
