Job summary

GoGlobal Technologies Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Onboarding (EMEA) to coordinate and deliver successful onboarding and implementation for new clients across the region.

You will manage day-to-day onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition from project initiation to BAU while delivering a positive client experience. Reporting to the Onboarding Lead, you will collaborate with Operations, Payroll, HR, Technology, Finance and Customer Success to align timelines, validate data setup, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, PM, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation coordination, project support, customer success, or service delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple onboarding or implementation activities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management, CRM, or service delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and implementation activities across the EMEA region.
• Develop onboarding plans, project timelines, and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Payroll, HR, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Track project progress, monitor onboarding milestones, and elevate risks or delays to the Onboarding Lead.
• Ensure onboarding activities are completed per established processes and timelines.
