State Street seeks a GEO/Onboarding Specialist to support end-to-end onboarding for new hires and internal transfers across EMEA. You will manage data, run background checks, verify contracts, and ensure compliant documentation from day one.

Work with recruiters and hiring managers, use MyWorkday for tasks, and help improve onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment. Permanent contract and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within HR operations, onboarding, or recruitment administration.
• Strong customer service orientation with stakeholders and candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multiple onboarding cases.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential data.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and controls; English B1/Polish fluent.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding activities for new hires and internal transfers per GEO procedures.
• Manage onboarding tasks in MyWorkday, ensuring data is complete and validated.
• Initiate and monitor background checks; review results and escalate as needed.
• Complete onboarding system administration so hires are ready on day one.
• Review contracts before signature; issue and distribute in line with GEO standards.
• Validate mandatory documentation and store per audit/compliance needs.
• Track visa/immigration docs with third-party providers when applicable.
• Maintain communication with recruiters and hiring managers on status and deadlines.
• Support onboarding projects, process updates, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure transactions are processed timely and accurately; stay compliant with policies.
