Job summary

Boston Scientific Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Business Support Partner EMEA to provide logistics, coordination and administrative support to the EMEA Sales & Marketing teams, with autonomy and adherence to internal policies.

You will lead end-to-end coordination of international meetings and events, manage purchasing, invoicing, and budget tracking, and collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Procurement, and country teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in business support, events or coordination roles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience planning meetings and events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for EMEA Sales & Marketing teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end coordination of international meetings, trainings and events.
• Manage HCP engagement activities and documentation in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant and efficient meetings and events.
• Manage end-to-end purchasing process (PRs, POs, vendor onboarding, invoicing).
• Coordinate with Compliance and Finance on invoice approvals and payments.
• Support OPEX tracking with FP&A and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using digital tools and automation.
• Provide on-site support for major EMEA events.
