ALTEN Polska is seeking a senior electronics simulation engineer in Cracow to lead analysis and modeling of analog and digital circuits. You will develop and validate models, script automation, and support product teams with simulation expertise across the development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes mentoring, knowledge sharing, and delivering training on simulation tools, with a full-time, on-site arrangement in Kraków. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic circuit simulation and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Hands-on experience with component modeling and circuit simulation.
• Proficiency with LTSpice and SPICE-based tools; familiarity with HyperLynx and Xpedition AMS.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analysis and simulation of analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Develop, validate, and maintain simulation models for electronic components and complex circuits.
• Create and maintain scripts supporting modeling and simulation activities.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to simulation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Actively participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
• Support engineering teams with simulation expertise throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Deliver technical training related to simulation tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and reliable electronic designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic circuit simulation, modeling, or a similar engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and analog/digital circuit design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with electronic component modeling and circuit simulation.
• Proficiency with simulation methodologies and tools, including:
  • SPICE, VHDL, IBIS, S-parameters
  • LTSpice
  • HyperLynx
  • Xpedition AMS
• Expertise in at least one simulation discipline, such as:
  • Signal Integrity (SI)
  • Power Integrity (PI)
  • Electromagnetic Simulation (EM)
  • Transient Analysis
• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience in mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
