Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a senior electronics simulation engineer in Cracow to lead analysis and modeling of analog and digital circuits. You will develop and validate models, script automation, and support product teams with simulation expertise across the development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes mentoring, knowledge sharing, and delivering training on simulation tools, with a full-time, on-site arrangement in Kraków. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic circuit simulation and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Hands-on experience with component modeling and circuit simulation.
• Proficiency with LTSpice and SPICE-based tools; familiarity with HyperLynx and Xpedition AMS.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis and simulation of analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Develop, validate, and maintain simulation models for components and circuits.
• Create and maintain scripts supporting modeling and simulation activities.
• Use simulation tools to identify, investigate, and solve complex technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to simulation methodologies and tools.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
• Support engineering teams with simulation expertise throughout development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
• Deliver technical training related to simulation tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality designs.
