Job summary

ALTEN Polska seeks an Electronics PCB Design Engineer to join our expanding team. You will design and verify multilayer PCBs for high reliability and mass production.

A degree in electronics is required, plus PCB design experience with MCUs, EMI/EMC, and CAD/simulation tools. Good English and teamwork are essential. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics or a related field.
• Experience designing PCBs for digital/analog circuits with MCUs.
• Experience with EMI/EMC compliance in PCB design.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design, CAD and simulation tools.
• Good English, leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and verification of multilayer PCBs with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high-volume manufacturing.
• Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics).
• Circuit calculations and simulations for PCB design.
• Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.
• Follow Electrical Design Process.
• Protect confidential information and company’s property.
• On-time execution of tasks in compliance with the quality system.

Tasks:

• Design and verifi cation of multilayer PCBs with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high volume manufacturing.
• Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).
• Circuit calculations and simulations as required for PCB design.
• Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.
• Follow Electrical Design Process.
• Secure confi dential information and company’s property.
• On‑time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar.
• Experience in PCB design for digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement.
• Experience in PCB design for EMI/EMC compliance.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design.
• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools.
• Good English skills (both spoken and written).
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Team oriented.
