Job summary

ALTEN Kraków seeks a Senior Electronics Simulation Engineer to create high-fidelity models of components and complex systems, predict behavior, and optimize early performance in development projects.

You will run SPICE-based simulations, develop automation workflows, mentor engineers, and collaborate with hardware and design teams across multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic circuit simulation, modeling or validation.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Hands-on experience with SPICE-based simulation and electronic modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of tools such as LTSpice, HyperLynx, Ansys Electronics Desktop, Maple, Mathcad or similar.
• Expertise in at least one area: Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, EMI/EMC, WCCA or transient analysis.
• Proven problem-solving skills in complex engineering environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Professional English communication skills.

What we're looking for
