Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, or a degree in Electronics or Energy Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Previous experience leading a team in electrical engineering.
• Strong engineering knowledge and technical expertise.
• A qualification certificate for the operation of electrical installations up to 10 kV would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and motivate a team.
• The ability to analyze equipment failures, plan maintenance activities and solve problems effectively.
• Experience with IBM Maximo would be an advantage.
• A responsible, well-organized and results-oriented approach.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Leading a diverse and experienced electrical engineering team.
• Ensuring a reliable and uninterrupted electricity supply.
• Organizing timely maintenance and repairs of substations, transformers, and internal and external electrical networks.
• Ensuring safe, high-quality and efficient service delivery.
• Analyzing maintenance activities and proposing improvements to the maintenance strategy.
• Planning and managing spare parts requirements.
• Contributing to investment projects by implementing new solutions and actively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
