We are seeking a capable Electrical Engineering leader to manage a diverse team, ensure uninterrupted electricity supply, and drive proactive maintenance and investment initiatives to improve reliability and

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, or a degree in Electronics or Energy Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Previous experience leading a team in electrical engineering.
• Strong engineering knowledge and technical expertise.
• A qualification certificate for the operation of electrical installations up to 10 kV would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and motivate a team.
• The ability to analyze equipment failures, plan maintenance activities and solve problems effectively.
• Experience with IBM Maximo would be an advantage.
• A responsible, well-organized and results-oriented approach.
• Good command of English.
