Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the performance, reliability, and long-term integrity of critical power infrastructure. The role involves solving technical challenges in complex electrical systems and contributing to asset improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with MV/HV systems, fault analysis, and lifecycle management, with fluent Polish and English. The position may offer hybrid working arrangements in a growing energy sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in engineering, design, utility, or power generation environments.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for electrical systems and equipment.
• Investigate electrical faults, disturbances, and operational issues.
• Support engineering modifications, upgrades, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assess asset condition and recommend actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technology suppliers, contractors, and operational teams.
