Qualifications

• Requires C1/C2 level Dutch.
• B2-C1 level English depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Support after-sales activities including returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Create and manage cases in CRM systems with accuracy.
• Investigate issues and escalate complex cases to internal teams.
