Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate and professional support on a variety of projects.

This on-site role offers €1,300–€1,500 gross per month (14-month pay), plus bonuses and a full relocation package (hotel, airport pickup, flight, and real estate assistance).

Qualifications

Dutch proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.
English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to solve problems and multitask.
Customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
Comfortable with computers and multiple digital tools.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate and professional support.
Resolve product, account, payment, and technical issues.
Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
Manage customer cases and elevate complex issues when needed.
Maintain accurate records and meet service quality standards.
