Job summary

ZdalnaPraca is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Consultant to support one of the market's largest courier partners. The role handles inbound calls, provides parcel locker and courier shipment information, and resolves issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Work location is Warsaw city centre or remote, with Monday–Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and weekend options. The position is a contract with hourly pay of PLN 45–50 gross plus bonuses, onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

• Advanced spoken and written Dutch.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in inbound or outbound customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers.
• Provide customers with information and resolve issues related to parcel locker deliveries and courier shipments.
• Ensure a positive experience with our Partner’s services.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
