databroker Sp. z o.o. is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Consultants to join our inbound team for a major courier company. You will handle inbound calls, provide information, and resolve delivery-related issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.

This full-time role in Warsaw requires advanced Dutch and strong English. Weekend work is possible, and you will receive onboarding, supervision, and career development support in a collaborative, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• MANDATORY Dutch: advanced spoken and written Dutch.
• MANDATORY English: good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in inbound or outbound customer service is an advantage.
• You enjoy talking to customers, listen to their needs, and effectively solve their problems.
• Independence and self-discipline are very important — we want to trust each other and support one another.
• You are comfortable using a computer, punctual, empathetic and composed.

We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Consultants to join our inbound customer service team for one of the largest courier companies on the market — you will not be calling customers, customers will be calling you!

• employment under a mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) with an hourly rate of PLN 45–50 gross, plus performance bonuses;
