HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Collections Specialist with Dutch for a 1-year contract. You will manage the customer ledger, partner with OpCos, and drive improvements in order-to-cash processes. Strong English, analytics, and SAP/Heiflow skills are essential.

Qualifications

• English at least B2 level.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Solid negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash.
• Business knowledge including logistics.
• Ability to identify root causes and translate into improvements.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a multinational environment (SSCs).

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Heiflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Ledger and hit collection targets.
• Act as a Business Partner to OpCos with data support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve held orders and credit limit issues per policy.
• Analyze disputes and drive root-cause resolution.
• Drive process improvements with analytics and digital tools.
• Collaborate with HGSS teams to ensure compliance.
• Provide updates to Team Leader on progress and challenges.
• Own personal development in finance skills.
• Ensure adherence to controls and documentation.
