Job summary

Relyon Recruitment sp. z o.o. is assisting an established international company in finding a Payroll Specialist with Dutch to support payroll operations and HR administration for Netherlands-based employees.

The role combines Dutch payroll expertise with employee and manager support, ensuring accurate payroll data, reliable administration and timely responses, while contributing to process improvements within a global HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end Dutch payroll.
• Knowledge of Dutch labour law and its application to payroll and employee administration.
• HR administrative procedures and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll audit records and investigate discrepancies between HR and payroll data.
• Handle inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and systems, referring complex matters to appropriate teams.
• Act as a contact point for HR colleagues on payroll and employee administration topics.
• Support payroll processing by verifying information from HR systems and external sources, including bonuses, stock options, relocation adjustments and accrued time.
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contract amendments, and terminations.
• Prepare recurring reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure employee documentation and system records remain accurate and complete.
• Support compliance with regulations and contribute to audits.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes and improve handling of inquiries.
• Participate in HR projects involving system updates and procedure development.
