Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw is seeking a Dispute Lab Analyst to join our team, delivering process improvements and data-driven insights across multiple countries.

You will translate data into actionable recommendations, support scope transitions, and collaborate with outsourced partners while maintaining QMS/KM documentation.

Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language is required; a can-do attitude and strong team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Data analysis skills with the ability to draw and communicate conclusions.
• Presentation and data storytelling skills.
• Professional proficiency in English plus at least one additional language: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
• A can-do attitude and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Working on process improvements based on data and feedback.
• Identifying and addressing root causes of disputes.
• Presenting insights and improvement results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Supporting scope transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborating with outsourced partner and supporting performance management.
• Identifying automation potential and coordinating automation development.
• Maintaining QMS/KM documentation and participating in quality calibration activities.
