Medtronic plc in Warsaw, Poland, invites you to join the Dispute Lab team. You will participate in process improvements driven by data, identify root causes of disputes, and present insights to leadership while collaborating with partners across countries to support performance management.

The role requires English proficiency and at least one additional language (French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).

Competenze

Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Data analysis skills with the ability to draw and communicate conclusions.
Presentation and data storytelling skills.
Professional proficiency in English plus at least one additional language among: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.

Working on process improvements based on data and feedback.
Identifying and addressing root causes of disputes.
Presenting insights and improvement results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Supporting scope transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer.
Collaborating with outsourced partner and supporting performance management.
Identifying automation potential and coordinating automation development.
Maintaining QMS/KM documentation and participating in quality calibration activities.
