The role requires strong analytical skills and English proficiency (minimum B2). You will prepare reports, participate in meetings, and work with diverse stakeholders to implement innovations across Western European markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continually optimize the order entry process.
• Prepare reports and trend analyses to recommend process and tool enhancements.
• Organize and participate in regular and ad hoc meetings to present results and monitor action plans.
• Collaborate with vendor to optimize performance and ensure top-quality customer service.
• Work with diverse stakeholders to identify and implement innovations.
• Seek best practices and synergies across Western European markets.
• Document and communicate process changes, participate in transition and standardization initiatives.
