Job summary

Medtronic is hiring a Dispute Analyst in the Disputes Lab France Team, based in Warsaw Center of Expertise. You will support the standard disputes management process by resolving disputes related to pricing, invoicing and delivery, while handling emails and ensuring timely responses.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, review processes for efficiency, and maintain strong attention to detail and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Spoken and written proficiency in English (minimum B2) and in French (minimum B1)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments/ Accounting / Cash Collection
• Proactive and investigative mindset with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Resolving different types of disputes (pricing, invoicing, delivery, etc.) and preparing necessary documents for settlement of orders with pricing/invoice discrepancies
• Handling incoming emails, responding to queries promptly and forwarding to appropriate departments
• Reviewing existing dispute resolution processes and recommending improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Communicating regularly with national and regional contacts for information or changes related to the process

As a Dispute Analyst in the Disputes Lab France Team, you will be part of our dynamic Customer Service team in Warsaw Center of Expertise, supporting the standard disputes management process.

Responsibilities

• Resolving different types of disputes (related to pricing, invoicing, delivery, etc.), including the preparation of necessary documents required for the settlement of orders that are incorrectly priced, as well as invoices disputed by customers due to data discrepancies
• Handling incoming emails - responding to questions in a timely manner and forwarding queries to the appropriate departments
• Reviewing existing dispute resolution processes and making recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy, while adhering to company policies
• Communicating regularly with national and regional contacts for information and/or changes related to the process

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Spoken and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and in French (minimum B1 level)
• Able to work with under time constraints
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments/ Accounting / Cash Collection
• Comfortable with M.S. Office - Outlook, Excel
• Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
