Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Courier Operations Coordinator in Zielona Góra to oversee daily courier activities, settle shipments, and maintain accurate warehouse data.

You will collaborate with carriers, organize training, and support courier development while driving team motivation and performance insights. The role requires experience in a courier setting, strong communication, and the ability to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to make independent decisions and stay calm under pressure
• Familiar with local city topography and layouts

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work of courier teams for deliveries and pickups
• Settling couriers for shipments, documentation, assets and cash
• Enter data timely into the warehouse management system
• Collaborate with Carriers and Couriers
• Organize and conduct training for Carriers and Couriers
• Support couriers daily, motivating and developing them
• Report courier performance to the Manager

Job description

• Coordinating the daily work of a courier team regarding parcel deliveries and pickups
• Settling couriers for assigned shipments, documentation, company assets, and cash
• Timely entering data into the warehouse management system
• Collaborating with Carriers and Couriers
• Organizing and conducting training for Carriers and Couriers
• Supporting Couriers in their daily work, ensuring their motivation and development
• Reporting Courier performance to the Manager

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in a similar position within a courier company
• Have basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (nice to have)
• Have completed secondary education
• Are familiar with local city topography
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with others (we work as a team daily)
• Are able to make independent decisions and perform effectively under pressure
• Are open to shift work
