Job summary

PulseRise Technologies LTD seeks a Product Management Director to own space management and Soft FM for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform serving commercial real estate and facility management, with a UK healthcare focus. You’ll lead four Product Managers and shape a multi-product portfolio’s strategy and roadmap.

Hybrid role in Poland with UK travel and potential UK remote; fluent English required, ASAP start, long-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Director of Product, Head of Product, or Group Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record coaching and developing a team of Product Managers (not only engineers or projects).
• Experience leading product strategy for a multi-product portfolio or consolidating products after an acquisition.
• Strong commercial mindset and experience partnering with Sales to drive revenue growth.
• Experience setting up product discovery processes that connect PM roadmaps to business goals.
• Based in or willing to commute to Kraków or Warsaw for a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in the office), or based in the UK.
• Fluent English.
• Nice to have: domain experience in PropTech, CAFM, or Soft FM.
• Nice to have: experience building products for the UK healthcare or public sector.
• Nice to have: experience in a private equity-backed or M&A-driven growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the space management and Soft FM services suite.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of four Product Managers.
• Drive the consolidation of organically built and acquired products into a single product ecosystem.
• Set up discovery processes that make sure the team's roadmaps support Sales and revenue growth.
• Partner closely with Sales to remove product blockers and win new business.
• Understand the needs of UK healthcare and facility management customers and turn them into product priorities.
• Work with Engineering, Sales, and leadership to balance commercial goals with delivery.
• Track the market and competitors to find new growth opportunities for the portfolio.
