We're looking for a Product Management Director to own the space management and Soft FM (cleaning, catering, portering) product suite of a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform for commercial real estate and facility management. The products mainly serve the UK healthcare market, where reliable facility services have a direct impact on hospitals and patients. You'll lead a team of four Product Managers and set the strategy for a multi-product portfolio. A key part of the role is bringing organically built and acquired products together into one consistent ecosystem. You'll work closely with Sales to unblock revenue and make sure roadmaps are driven by commercial results, not only delivery. It's a great fit for a commercial product leader who has already managed PM teams and led product consolidation after M&A.

The client is a private equity-backed B2B SaaS company building a platform for commercial real estate and facility management. Its software is used to manage more than 100,000 buildings globally. The company is growing quickly, both organically and through acquisitions, and now has several overlapping products that need to become one platform. This role covers the space management and Soft FM services suite, with a strong focus on UK healthcare customers. The product team is set up in Poland, with close links to the business in London. It's a chance to shape the product strategy of a scaling PropTech company with strong investor backing.
