Job summary

PulseRise Technologies LTD in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on Head of Group IT to unify the internal IT estate across a growing PE-backed software group. You will own infrastructure, cloud, security, and IT budgeting end to end, leading a team of around 10 and integrating newly acquired companies.

This leadership role requires strong vendor negotiations, governance and policy development, and the ability to operate across Polish and English-speaking leadership and teams in a hybrid Warsaw

Qualifications

• Proven internal IT leadership in a mid-sized or group environment.
• Experience managing an IT budget with cost optimization and vendor negotiations.
• Ability to build IT governance, policy, and standards from the ground up.
• Fluent Polish and English at professional level (Polish required).
• Experience with post-M&A IT integration and multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Own, modernize, and unify the group's internal IT estate across entities.
• Lead and develop a team of around 10 across infrastructure, cloud, helpdesk, and security.
• Manage the group IT budget, driving cost optimization and direct vendor negotiations.
• Build and roll out IT governance, policy, and standards consistently across group companies.
• Consolidate fragmented IT estates post-acquisitions into a single, coherent set of systems.
