Job summary

TechTree, a Europe-wide platform for managing real estate operations, is seeking a Senior Product Leader to steer space management and Soft FM portfolios. You will lead four Product Managers, shape strategy across acquisitions, and ensure customer-driven discovery, partnering with Sales, Engineering, and the Chief Architect to drive revenue and product-wide AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with at least three in B2B SaaS.
• At least two years as a people manager, owning a team.
• Experience leading teams through real change: post-acquisition integration.
• Experience applying AI within product development to accelerate discovery and delivery.
• Proven track record leading product discovery across multiple methods and validated roadmaps.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align product decisions with revenue goals.
• Data fluency and ability to query product analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• English at C1 or above.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Product Managers, owning full lifecycle from hiring to exits.
• Foster a high-performing product culture based on customer empathy and data-driven decisions.
• Allocate resources across the suite to balance discovery and priorities.
• Lead change through portfolio consolidation and cross-team alignment.
• Define roadmaps aligned with objectives and market trends.
• Balance investments and communicates strategy across the business.
• Collaborate with Sales to unblock deals and grow revenue.
• Ensure ongoing discovery with hypothesis-driven development.
• Work with Chief Architect and Eng. Managers on feasibility and constraints.
• Promote AI-driven product insights and decision-making.
• Represent the portfolio externally at events and industry forums.
