Job summary

Calan is an international developer focusing on rental investments, commercial properties and urban development. The company is active in several Polish cities including Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław and Kraków, and offers a dynamic work environment.

The role involves real estate market analysis, identifying plot opportunities, liaising with landowners and brokers, and coordinating due diligence through budgets, inspections and zoning/permit processes to secure building permits.

Qualifications

• Experience in actively acquiring land.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Availability and commitment.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Real estate market analysis and identification of potential plots for the development of projects
• Contact with landowners and real estate brokers
• Coordination of due diligence processes, including budgets, inspections, and analysis of property-related documents
• Managing and overseeing the process of obtaining the necessary decisions for properties offered for sale until receiving zoning decisions (zoning decisions or local spatial development plans) and the final building permit
• Conducting negotiations on behalf of the employer regarding the terms of purchasing potential lands
