Job summary

GuidePoint Security is seeking a Director of OT/IoT Security Services to lead a growing practice focused on critical infrastructure sectors. You will own the team, service catalog, delivery quality, and P&L, reporting to the SVP of Offensive Security.

You’ll spend time with engineers and clients, ensuring safe deployment on plant floors, and helping regional sales teams qualify and price OT opportunities. Remote, U.S.-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership of OT/IoT security delivery teams and programs.
• Mentorship programs and career-path definitions for engineers and managers.
• Experience coaching managers and growing leaders with accountability for bookings/margin/utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the OT team of managers, engineers, and operations staff.
• Build a mentorship program pairing experienced OT engineers with newcomers.
• Standardize how the practice runs with templates, playbooks, and scoping-to-close processes.
• Refine delivery methods: OT safe rules of engagement, passive-first testing, quality reviews.
• Own the practice's financials: bookings, revenue, margin, utilization, and costs.
• Support regional sales and pricing for OT opportunities; assist with scoping and RFPs.
• Manage the OT lab and coordinate with partners for workshops and demos.
• Represent the practice in the OT security community through speaking and standards work.
