Job summary

GuidePoint Security is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Automation & AI Engineer to design, implement, and govern AI-enabled security solutions across multi-cloud environments. This remote role emphasizes hands-on delivery, technical leadership, and presales support in a consulting context.

You will drive secure agentic AI patterns, governance, and scalable automation while collaborating with clients, architects, and practice leadership to advance AI security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) + 5-7 years of experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI/ML platforms: Bedrock, Q, SageMaker.
• Preferred: Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure ML.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services role.
• Basic Python competency for automation and integration tasks.
• Understanding of agentic AI patterns, AI governance, and secure AI composition.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud security automation and AI engagements, including scoping, architecture design, implementation, and client handoff.
• Design and implement secure agentic AI solutions, multi-agent orchestration, MCP integrations, AI gateways, and Cedar-based access controls.
• Architect and enforce AI governance policies, including usage policies, data handling, model access management, and compliance guardrails.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered security automation solutions (automated checks, threat detection agents, remediation workflows).
• Produce architecture documents, runbooks, SOPs, and security assessment reports.
