Job summary

GuidePoint Security is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to lead Okta IAM engagements from design to implementation, with a strong focus on OIE, Auth0, and federation. This fully remote role supports US-based clients, including Fortune 500 and government-industry customers, and requires hands-on delivery leadership and mentoring across the engagement lifecycle.

You will own technical delivery, workshops, and solution architecture while aligning with CIAM best practices and DevOps/ SecDevOps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Security or equivalent.
• 7+ years of hands-on IAM experience.
• 4+ years of direct Okta OIE implementation.
• Proficiency with Okta Workflows and API automations.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Okta OIE design and implementation (SSO, MFA, LCM).
• Develop federation architectures and API access management.
• Guide engagements, manage scope and timelines, client relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and support sales with scoping calls.
• Contribute to SOWs/LOE estimation and reusable asset development.
