• Experience in OT/ICS environments
• Understanding of OT ecosystems and OT/IT integration
• Hands-on networking in enterprise/industrial environments
• Knowledge of secure remote access in OT
• Experience with OT security monitoring platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi
• Background in infrastructure technologies (virtualization, storage, servers)
• Experience in incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring
• Consulting mindset to translate business requirements into security solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Security certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CCNA are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assess OT/IT environments and identify security risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Conduct OT security maturity assessments and define security roadmaps
• Design and implement secure OT security architectures aligned with industry standards
• Support the deployment and optimization of OT monitoring and threat detection solutions
• Advise on secure integration between OT and IT environments
• Design and implement secure remote access solutions for industrial systems
• Support network segmentation initiatives and the adoption of Zero Trust in OT environments
• Collaborate with security operations teams on threat detection, incident analysis, and response activities
• Provide technical consulting and guidance throughout complex industrial cybersecurity programs
