• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or a related field.
• Experience building operational capabilities in high-growth or rapidly changing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead enterprise operations to support scale and efficiency.
• Develop and manage enterprise budgets and resource plans.
• Partner with HR and leadership to establish enterprise planning, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Serve as operational advisor to COO and executives on efficiency and execution.
