Job summary

Nametag is seeking a VP of Operations to own the company-wide operating system, aligning strategy with execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and People. This hands-on role partners with the CEO to keep decisions moving and drive coherence as the company scales.

You’ll translate strategy into prioritized initiatives, define performance gates, and build scalable processes that support rapid growth while maintaining rigorous governance and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build company rhythms, planning, OKRs, and cross-functional execution systems.
• Experience partnering with executives at high-growth tech companies.
• Fluency in technology business operating mechanics: budgeting, forecasting, headcount, resource allocation, performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own company operating rhythm and strategic alignment across functions.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, investment, and resources with cross-functional teams.
• Define and improve operating systems, tools, and infrastructure for scalable growth.
• Own OKRs, scorecards, data hygiene, and cross-functional execution.
