Qualifications

• 2:1 STEM degree or equivalent from a leading institution.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, strategy and operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record designing, improving, and scaling complex operational processes.
• Hands-on experience delivering process automation, workflow optimisation, or technology-driven improvements.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and refine comprehensive workflows to boost throughput and scalability.
• Deploy AI and automation to reduce manual work and friction.
• Lead cross-functional projects from diagnosis to rollout and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate pain points into technical solutions.
• Track metrics to evaluate system performance and efficiency gains.
